Timing. I would think more in the March of 2018 time frame.
The physical assemblies should be complete but tests could have some bugs.
Remember, this is a HYDROGEN fueled engine. The gaseous fuel is even lighter than natural gas requiring a bit more finesse to mix heavier air with the lighter H. Also, diesel needs to be admitted to allow sufficient lubrication for the pistons that slide inside the 12 cylinders. H is as dry and non-lubricating as desert winds.
Timing. That means sets of electric/electronic devices are employed to meter the mixture ratio. A type of small computer is used, therein lays the bug spawning ground, not the mechanics at that point. This appears to me to be Gregory's area of expertise. That is why I address the endeavor as the GC's for George and Gregory.
