I'm guessing any effort to kill the shorts by driving up PTOI's share price to $0.02 has died on the vine. Given the 8,500 share total short position (about $65 worth), I highly doubt a price of $0.02 would have ruined any short's day.
It would be interesting to know where those short positions are being held and under what circumstances.
