PTEL is 1 time expense. Encounter Technologies Inc is a life time expense with all the divvy's .
Can they be separated?
I suppose, however PTEL will always be a Bridge between DUTV and ENTI
Where I totally believe the Hudson statement. That there would be 2 halves...
Likely PTEL goes to the grave and comes out the other end joined with a Nasdaq ready.
Have to consider th Blue Bull spin off 3.51 billion.
