Two things that I would say are a mortal lock on this first real day of fall Friday.
1. DECN will never merge with TAUG, wouldn't consider it, wouldn't entertain it, would pay no attention to the Johnny inspired rumors (everyone does know that Johnny starts rumors so he can debunk them).
2. NOBO shareholders are not going to get a cash dividend from the settlement with J&J. In the history of the world small cash needy companies have never shared the spoils of a legal suit with transient shareholders and people claiming to be shareholders.
