With every passing week as we get closer to the start of the window to close I know I get a lot more anxious and I'm sure most if not all of you do as well. I've seen several posts about things that need to happen before we can close, like audit being complete. Mostly we talk about pps when all this stuff is done but do you guys think something like the audit alone will make a big difference? That gets us trading legit from what you guys have said so I feel like that would have a big impact on buyer confidence with financials in order and up to date. Do you think there's a chance it all happens at once as far as we see or do you think there will be several 8k leading up to close?
