Well, that's your speculation.
Mine happens to be witnessing dozens of people tell me directly or tagging me in Tweets that say they're adding again after the "bottom bounce" off $0.201 and because of the Marijuana Sector heating up again.
Plus, many can read and saw the update letters and the various other updates that point to End of Q3 and early Q4 for BIG updates. They just didn't want to miss the boat.
There were some big dogs on Twitter (with up to 115K followers) Tweeting their support of OWCP saying they're in and excited too.
