I really hope they don't waste money painting the plane. If it says "Songbird" that's good enough. Charter aircraft don't need much exterior pizazz.
Songbird will continue to operate as Songbird, but is now owned and operated by USGlobal (think of it as a subsidiary of sorts). USGL gets all the benefits, revenue, etc. but Songbird will be the name on the charter planes. I believe there is an FAA rule about showing "fitness," so for a few months, we'll see Songbird 737's flying charters, and the revenue can be used to increase the number of aircraft and transition to 777s flying as USGlobal.
