We spoke about this over private message, but here's a summary of all that we should expect to hear about within the next 2-5 weeks:
1) Songbird's 737 leased to USGlobal (I wouldn't be surprised if this is already completed and just waiting for release approval, but just my guess).
2) Audit completion.
3) Name change/ticker change.
4) Songbird deal closing.
5) Pro-forma and business plans released.
6) Huge, juicy PR.
By end of year, I suspect we'll see Tony on a lot of tv channels and media outlets discussing USGlobal, especially because the company is publicly traded. NBC, CNBC, Forbes, Business Insider, Wall St Journal, TheStreet.com, etc...very exciting time to be a shareholder. If you think for one second that all of this is a fluke and that what is happening at the company is the "same ole" then all you have to do is sit back, relax, and chase the share price.
