I am very certain that if investors worked with each other to scrape $10k-$20k together to test AlanC's hypothesis, the department of justice would give them a complete pass.
Besides, it would be entertaining to see AlanC's micro-manipulation scheme come to fruition. What if everyone who wants to participate just comes together at 3:45pm tomorrow and buys as many shares as they are willing to buy?? Investors could to try pump up the share price to $0.03 before the weekend and send those fictional shorts running for the hills. Just keep in mind there is a financial risk even if there may not be much of a regulatory risk.
