What's interesting is that, given the current share structure, $10M in daily trading volume at 5 cents is just 200 million shares - less than 3% of the entire Outstanding (9.44 billion). Does anyone think we won't hit 5 cents pretty quickly after the Songbird deal closes and the first flight commences?
If they enact a R/S (hopefully when revenue starts pouring in), let's say 1:25, then the share price will be $1.25 and $10M daily liquidity will be 8 million shares. There are NASDAQ companies (e.g. ZGNX and XONE) that are worth only $150-$300M, but because they have a low O/S, they trade just a few hundred thousand shares a day but the SP is multiple dollars. That's what I hope to see for USGlobal within a couple years.
