Anyone hearing any news or chatter on the alleged "talks" with Dragonite and large tobacco companies to sell their Ruyan subsidiary? No news lately. I would not think it would be anything like the Blu buyout for $135M but then again Blu did not have any patents. DGTLF has all the US patents for atomization so those should be worth something, though no sales or inventory/assets could mitigate the strength of any takeover bid. Perhaps the best deal would be some sort of share swap, perhaps MO or PM shares (dividend) for the Ruyan spinoff, just an idea, who knows, I guess we will have to wait to see what happens, if anything.
