Thanks for this romanisraw as I couldn't agree more. OTTV laid out a very comprehensive 2017 goals which they haven't come close to realizing any of them. I was trying to do DD several months ago on the company and got shot down as asking too many questions. I was even blocked by one of the head PUMPERS over there. At the same time, I was doing DD on ONCI, asking the same questions and was afforded answers and shown where I could go to get answers. In the end, I elected to put my money into ONCI stock. Thank goodness that was my selection.
