Is no one else upset that Infusion and CHF lined their pockets by buying half of AVDX for $750K? They got around 283 million shares for $750K.
That's around $0.0027 per share. FAR LESS THAN A PENNY.
I'm outraged, but it appears no one else is.
This has to have a major negative impact on the AMBS deal with the toxics. The main consideration they were to receive in that deal was shares of AVDX.
The value of those shares was just decimated.
I see this as very bad news.
Long, but discouraged. Where is GC with his "news soon"?
