There are surely investors picking up on the dip but the I would say much of this volume is shorts and day traders that are looking for a quick flip in the next 2 weeks once funding is announced. Then look for a drop until the fins come through, that show some positive revenue. Otherwise IMO this is same old, same old...... Sure hope I am wrong I would love a run up in the mid high teens before years end.
