As to the Trustwave (defendants) filing, it was all a he said/she said type of filing where they disputed Strikeforce's version of the consent motion for leave to file the new contention claim document. They are saying they made the source documents available to StrikeForce earlier than StikeForce said and some other stuff that I did not pay much attention to . It wasn't helpful to StrikeForce so why would a pro-SFOR post it. Bashers are too dumb and lazy to download it and post it. Likely just a bunch of lies on the defendants' part. Hopefully we respond. The defendants are asking for 55 days to file the response to the new claim construction. These lawsuits are dragging along. SFOR is not going anywhere! Go SFOR.
