Bull just mentioning a catalyst could be pending.  Maybe the registration of i.e. form 144 is more proof that something is about to happen.  Maybe Gwynn, Reid and Schlesinger will all sell some shares and put the funds back into Treaty in order to "git er dun".  This business if very expensive to run and when delays are added into it;  lot's of money will be required to keep er afloat.
