Just found this board. I agree. Seems like a case of wild speculation(s) being passed off as DD. On that note, I have been wanting to ask on the Ntek board about the 21 mil investment. I've found nothing official in the form of a PR, LOI.... Etc. all the info on this seems to come from corresponce between IR and individual investors. I know about the affidavit and letter that Gulas submitted but the cat was out of the bag long before that.
So I'm no attorney and my question centers on insider information. Doesnt leaking info to select shareholders about " imminent " funding with no official declaration from the company constitute a breach of insider information? Surely this is material information.
If they can secure this funding than good for them and good for shareholders but I'm concerned that they'd be in violation of the SEC. Maybe I'm wrong or I just don't understand.
Just wondering if anyone had any thoughts as I don't see this as a popular subject on the NTEK board.
