ICPA READ!!!

By Jmanifilly,
ICPA Review of Miami Trip

All in all it was a fantastic trip to South Beach. I was very impressed with Steve and the people around him. Let’s get to business and discuss things I saw and heard from Steve and others.

The first question was about the increase in the O/S and Steve’s answer was the increase of O/S were issued to Steve and his partner Pete, to remain majority owners of the company and to maintain control of business decisions and to take care of some of the debt of the company. I went on to joke with him that he better watch out because some of the shareholders have a large amount of shares. Haha.

I was a little bit disappointed because this next question was the only question I received from one of the many ICPA longs. I had to “wing it” but I believe I asked a lot of good questions. The question was are Daymond John and/or Mark Cuban shareholders of ICPA? Daymond and Cuban are NOT shareholders. They are invested into EzVIP and as we all know EzVIP is partnered will ICPA. So they are indirectly invested with ICPA because they are in control of the business decision making of EzVIP.

My friend Steven who I took with me and who you will see in all the pictures as well as myself asked a question about going international with ICPA. Steve didn’t hesitate and said most defiantly but Ortsbo is most likely out as the main translation program, two businesses have offered free services. The big difference is Steve would have to pay Ortsbo to use it rather than getting a just as good translation program for free. As Steve said the only thing cool about Ortsbo is that it has to do with Gene Simmons and his name has a huge branding advantage.

Al Nelson told me things are moving VERY FAST with EzVIP! Al was very active the whole night at the party meeting with people so we were only able to have a short time with him. As we saw on Shark Tank, Pitbull aka Mr. Worldwide is the new face of the company. This is a tweet from this weekend, @EzVIP.com: “Thank you to everyone that has emailed called or ordered on http://www.EzVip.com we had the biggest week in the companies history #TeamEzVip.” I was also told with Memoral weekend coming up, it’s only going to get crazier in Miami and I’m sure the services will top this week. Also from my experience from heading out to the clubs after the party was that there was a need for something the EzVIP had to offer because of the insane lines and cost of the reserving a table at the door.

So Steve is still working with Brandon Gibson and also he is working on a new comedy show different from Static. Steve mentioned that the deal with Punch TV was huge and it will be a sleeper/ game changer along with the PRN deal due to the amount of households and people that will be exposed to ICPA products.

The deal for Travel Tech with Clear Channel Airports will launch on June 1st. Steve said that between the contract and the 50% cut of Ad revenues will come to approximately 49 million per year. I asked Steve how many years the contract was and he told me, “they wanted to do a one year contract,” he smiled and said “I got 4 years out of them!” I was wowed a little bit but something that I could definitely expect from Steve.

ICPA is setting up for a big 3rd Quarter and Steve expects $2 and the Nasdaq sometime next year. Also there is going to be big news in the coming weeks that we shareholders don't know about yet, different from Clear Channel Airports deal. Steve wanted to tell me but because of insider trading rules he couldn’t. He did say we will be all very happy people when we find out!

After asking about JTDynomite’s tattoo, which he said was crazy but awesome, Steve felt that he’s not only responsible for himself and his partners but for the shareholders also, he mentions he will make a lot of people very rich on several occasions throughout the night.

On a more personal note, Steve and I discussed about the time he spent in the Lansing, Michigan area. As some of you know I currently live it that area and Steve and I talked about his early years with Dean Witter and when he spoke with the Michigan Senate. Steve also told me a few stories about some of the local joints he hung out at and how he would wake up at 6am and walk to work in the snow for the sheer joy even though he had a car. Steve is a down to earth kind of guy.

Steve spent a lot of time with me and my friend Steven despite all the people he was talking with and doing his rounds. I was very impressed needless to say! I got to speak with Al a little about business and about where to party. He was right on with where to party! I didn’t really get to speak with Daymond because of course he had a mob around him all night.

The Foxhole was an impressive bar, but it was probably one of the sketchiest things I’ve ever done. The main entrance had no signs or anything in a back alleyway. But it is truly a diamond in the rough! Even though I’m a beer guy there was free Grey Goose all night. I took a few pictures but it was a very dark bar so a few didn’t really turn out.
