it is remarkable what happens when an OTC company is able to outlast *efforts*
and does so with what many would consider an enviable I/O (issued/outstanding)
when NR is upside down on an OTC targeted survivor .. NRs' options decline
they can run the stock (mini controlled run .. we've seen 2 done since 52 week low
was reset on 5.10.17 .. both *held* @ 1.08) .. but NR *risks* news out of an *imo*
aware and savvy mgmt .. costing them *control* of planned outcome (my guess if done again 1.00 to 1.08/1.10)
that leaves NR the incredibly obvious pattern of UC'ing (undercutting) the ask and
matching trades .. being upside down also reveals itself *imo* with ever decreasing *volume* avgs
currently .. as of this post .. and this is after yesterday's *version of volume*
and imo the 25000 trade du jour worked a few x over ..
