I would say at this time in their history they're taking the attitude that it's all about the science. I believe this approach will change dramatically once the science is proven in some preliminary clinical trials that validate the science.

I do believe they're in discussions with companies that can do the manufacturing, distribution and sales function in various parts, or perhaps in all the world. I believe that any and all of these companies would rather pay more for an agreement with OWCP after the Phase 1 Trial results are in rather than paying what OWCP would take now, with results still blinded from the company.
