$RCHA NEW AUDITOR! On Sep 18, 2017, filed an 8-K with the SEC stating that RCHA had dismissed their old Auditor to hire/engage Anton & Chia, LLP as their new Auditor which I believe will help HPGN to trade on the NASDAQ
