The company is floating additional shares for a total Authorized count of 4 billion. You don't think they are doing it for fun? No! There is definitely a reason and it is to enhance the company in a very positive way. From what I have read they are contemplating using some of the shares to take over a private profitable company. That will add to our profit picture. The additional shares will be used for other positive purposes, what they are will be disclosed in the near future. Only the executives know what is going to happen and they are not talking till they wrap this up. The stock has been rising in anticipation of the news release. I see a turn around and so do many of the investors by the buying activities. looking good!
