Notice how they did a buy (down) at literally the last few seconds so that it wouldn't close at 0.715 or 0.7125.
I am wondering about the carrying cost theory espoused by Alan and 4kids -- that they've become anxious to keep the price down as much as they can because their short positions are costing them money and they're on the verge of a margin call.
This action today was extremely bizarre. Glad that scgmck1 was able to snag some cheap stock on the takedown this morning.
2-day chart. look at the GIANT volume candle, over 70k shares, just after 2:00, and then another one in the last half hour for about 25k shares. Today's tape will be fascinating.
