Just a guess, but I am guessing that one of the former PR's said they paid off debt and whatnot in shares and that this person still had more shares or had gotton more, maybe toward the end of year and had to list them. Listing multiple times only means the restricted shares were given to him multiple times. And it was just time to list the rest of them. I am probably down more than most on this board, but back biting and sniveling like children is not the answer. Patience. it will come. SOON Long on TECO
