If I were Bao Steel I think I would have some specialized ships built or modified, that could pull double duty. They could be designed to haul ore one way, and containers, bulk steel, or asian cars or tractors on the trip back. As they say where there's a will there's a way..

But  once again it may depend on the amount of ore in the Guataloupe mine, before they would want to invest that kind of money....
