Yes it does. I think something is in the works and I believe the 4 billion shares will be short lived. I have a gut feeling they are going to raise the stock price somehow and buy back the shares that aren't used. The shares that are used will be restricted and the company they get will more then generate revenue that will justify all this jockeying around. I have seen something like this in the past. Lets see what develops. I am trying to remember where I saw this happen before.? I just can't remember. if I am right I would expect the stock price to rise significantly in the days and weeks ahead.
