I am not happy with Merrill given that they unilaterally decided I didn't own my account any more, and I had to jump through hoops to get it back. They apologized for their 'Mistake."
Whatever you do, do NOT go paperless for your monthly statements. You may have to walk in with something more than a PDF someday.
Needless to say I'm moving my account.
