Good point. At this moment, with the current share structure, it's impossible.
The company will need to gain assets, revenue, and have a proper share structure either by reverse split or buy back option at some point in order to meet the requirements for up listing.
At this time, up listing is a ways ahead if that does happen. It's important to just focus on building share value for the company and its shareholders more than anything else to create the opportunity for another exchange.
