why dont you tell the people who bought this stock at 2.50 to 3.25 who have held(bagholders theyre called btw) , that charts dont matter. OWCP is at .24 now. Look at any OTHER stock that has had the same pattern where from all time highs the pps has lost over 95% and take a look to see if it EVER made it back to all time highs. you might find like 1 out of 5000 that was able to. Not saying you cant trade this and get little dead cat bounces along the way, but IMO thats about it.
