9M slap on the ask at .0018. The only reasons OTTV is down at this price are:
Manipulated down by shorting, bashing on iHub, duping the impatient / scared unsophisticated trader to sell.
One tick flippers bidding and putting on the ask - the less the ask is hit - the more the flippers get on thye bid and so you end up with 10M>20M from flippers after one day rather than 1M>5M within the same day.
Eventually, someone / a group that has loaded will buy on the ask and run it back up to .0030+.
It will be very thin at .0023>.0029.
