Those numbers are the incredibly outlandish claims of plaintiffs' lawyers who are trying to get a settlement.
ESS wasn't worth anywhere close to that. You know how I know?
AMBS bought it for (1) $3.5 million in cash, (2) $3.0 million in (value of) Amarantus common stock and (3) $450,000 to pay RGIN's legal bills.
It was only worth a little under $7M.
(BTW, that $3.0 million in AMBS stock is now worth $9,075 according to RGIN's last 10Q.)
