That's the same thing I get. I have called twice and will call more. Seems strange to get no answer. Checked the company out on the web. Not much there couldn't find anything current. I think the letter maybe BS and the 21M is coming from somewhere else. NTEK didn't put that letter out. Someone buying low planting BS and selling high.What company would write proof of funds across a letter like that. Well one day will all know. Until then GL
