1. It was the company who authorized the share structure to an immense amount.

2. It was the company who said they had no plans to increase the share structure after the first time.

3. It was the company who said with the help of Princess Li Li, share holders would gain a great ROI on their investment which is the complete opposite.

4. It was the company that said no reverse split which in the coming future is indeed going to happen.

Tell me, from non biased perspective, how can you blame bashers on these actions conducted by the company?
