Good point. I think it depends on the product and the outlet.
From a marketing standpoint, the new can is fantastic while the old is not. A weed leaf? That was just a bad idea, seriously limiting your audience, like big time. The new can appeals to a much broader range of people. And the product was old. You want the experience to be positive in every way, if not you don't just loose one customer, they influence others. I'm not bashing, but that was intended to go somewhere and it shouldn't have been sent anywhere.
I don't think that's our primary issue right now however... just saying.
