I just saw Mark Morris announce a same day update to stay current with Apples new TV service.

We are not out of the loop. Apple was talking to our guys and making their new plans and software available before their announcements. we are not unwelcome

We are working

We are not issuing stock to pay salaries going beyond 6 months now.

The judge in FL reached out to the people involved in whatever deal is formulating and they answered.

I am hopeful that this investment is nearing a win.
