I agree with your summary and I want to project a positive spin on the 21 million dollar letter of credit, however, I have a hard time overcoming 4 years of disappointments and mistrust this company has inflicted on their shareholders at the expense of mis management. Once again no news or monthly newsletter leads me to doubt legitimacy. God, I hope I am wrong.
