I have to say that I expected the SEC settlement to be announced just after the U.S. elections maybe right around the last couple of days of Movember.  When that didn't happen I targeted EOY  and now that's come and gone so I'm being optimistic and saying EOM.  Any other predictions?  Any idea the amount of fine - if any?

I'm thinking in the area of $25,000 minimum and $125,000 maximum.
