I e-mailed Michael to give us any insight into the recent news release and he stated:
We are working on closing financing that will allow us to produce new product and carry out the plans that we laid out in the Investor Conference Call on August 24. Unfortunately, we did not have enough available shares in our treasury to allocate to the lender that we are working with. At the same time, we have had some very promising acquisition opportunities arise that we would like to pursue.
Our goal is to create shareholder value, but to do so we have to increase the number of shares outstanding in the short term. In the long term, we believe that it will pay off for the Company and its shareholders.
