There will be a PR coming out shortly - It's an 8k and authorization to increase share total to complete financing as well as for acquisition abilities.
What I'm hearing sounds great - they have eyes on a prize that they want to land under the RMHB label .... wasn't told definitively who it is but think we can all look towards cbd's for that guess.
The financing is just about ready to be wrapped up and this is a step in getting that accomplished..
