Also......a Dissolution by Proclamation does not necessarily mean they went out of business.
It can also indicate a change of business type......for instance, they may have changed from a a corporation to a sole proprietorship, which functions under a different set of tax laws and such.
So again....we just don't know..... why is everyone so quick to jump to the assumption of impropriety ?
