Something seems fishy about this letter... just google the company or steve orefice. According to his LinkedIn he left that company in 2015, not to mention the company looks like a shell to begin with. You can hardly find any information on it other than initial filings with NY state. Additionally, its titled "Proof of Funds" letter yet there is nothing in it that proves funding... It seems strategically named for a document that has no proof of funding...
