The GCP 1-1 MIP licensee is one of the first commercial grade extractors of oil in Colorado. They are commercial grade because McGrow installed commercial grade extraction machinery and a processing lab such that the GCP 1-1 tenant can extract such a large volume of cannabinoid oil from the trim from its greenhouse production to establish a standalone commercial business from the production of oil alone.
The oil they produce is being sold as bulk oil, distillate and pens & cartridges. The bulk oil is sold to buyers who produce edibles, lotions, etc. The distillate is sold to upstream established brand names who package their brands and need additional raw material. The cartridges are sold to mid size dispensary chains who need white label production.
Over the last two weeks, McGrow was able to locate, introduce and establish a business relationship for the GCP 1-1 tenant with:
a large brand name to purchase bulk oil,
a wholesaler who can distribute their oil products,
a large dispensary chain to purchase their oil and flower products directly.
The GCP 1-1 tenant now has the production capacity and sales network necessary to produce and sell all its flower and oil. The jar below, produced yesterday, sells for $4,500 in today's wholesale market. The GCP 1-1 tenant can produce 4 jars a day with it's current production capacity.
