I'm somewhat in agreement with KT opinion.
I see it as Ivan and illuminate Hollywood probably saw that Dave Foley''s 4K Studio scanners technology are superior compared to Illuminate scanners especially now that HD will be obsolete as 4K goes main stream.
I found it interesting that NTEK was acquiring Illuminate Hollywood instead of the other way around since IH have been in business for many years relationship with many Studios.
I'm sure IG and IH saw the benefits combine forces and being under the umbrella of NTEK as a public company.
Which brings me to my point, is it that the deal between NTEK & IH fell apart because of IG departing which is why the silence and delay with NTEK.
Is it because maybe the 500M with Apple is the bigger part of the funding.
Maybe the deal with Apple is still in place but NTEK had to restructure things to finalize with Apple. Is it because Apple knew it could work out a deal with the Studios which possibly caused the deal to fall apart with IG & IH ????
