Question for the board...if we take Heddle at his word and assume tha a bod will be seated this year, exactly how,would those members be compensated?
I highly doubt that they would sit on a board for free. If the vendors can't get paid, where would the company get the funds to seat a bod? Share price doesn't seem like an option, particularly when dilution is not an acceptable solution.
Anyone with any meaningful ideas?
