Roku (Private:ROKU) sets terms on its IPO.
The video streamer expects to offer 15.7M shares in a price range of $12 to $14. The shares include 6.668M shares from selling stockholders.
Roku reports it had 13.3M subscribers on June 30, 2017 and showed streaming growth of 62% to 6.7B hours for the six months before June 30.
