I saw that, OTCMarkets ($OTCM) is a huge fee racking scam. If FINRA or the SEC were of an real significance they would shut that mess down or assume those rating responsibilities themselves. Everyone must always remember that OTCMarkets is a publicly traded company NOT a government regulatory agency.
