Three guys stated in writing to ARCA that they were the sole owners of GeoTraq. They then sold 100% of GeoTraq to ARCA for around $8 million.
The last time GeoTraq traded in 2016 its market cap was under $200k.
Based on all of this, if you still own any shares of GeoTraq they are actually worth a lot of money.
The only problem is that if you do own any GeoTraq shares, Gregg Sullivan, Isaac Capital (same firm that bought 10% of ARCA a couple years ago, and Juan Yunis (from Bogota, Colombia) already received all the consideration for 100% of GeoTraq.
