Remember there are no "happenings" today. J&J is getting there last chance for rebuttal to DECN's response. The judge takes today's response and will review for the next 6-8 weeks and render a decision on the summary judgement. So no real happenings until November, unless J&J does not respond at all (highly unlikely).

I'm not a legal person, so I don't know if there are any ramifications if J&J does not respond. I believe they are required to submit before 4:30 local time in NV for their response to be allowed/recorded by the mandated date.
