More dilution along with the hype pollution. VNDM and BMIC aren't even trying to hide or disguise it at this point. This goes completely against what Bill and IR constantly discussed and committed to in 2015, 2016, and into 2017. 2016 was all about buybacks and getting share structure under control while finally ramping up revenues and 2017 was another shift in focus where the narrative shifted back to reconstruction and the necessary OS implosion.
Several posters asked and Bill never addressed how the company PPS could get to $0.01 and OS under 1BB shares with the crushing conversions coming due. It wasn't like these all of a sudden just popped up on the balance sheet. When investors ask Bill directly if he has that under control and is part of the buyback or restructuring and he affirms, it certainly makes the whole thing look sour. Bill saying that IR isn't part of TPAC or doesn't speak for them doesn't cut it. They were officially and continuously introduced as investor relations. James was speaking directly on behalf of the company when he conducted the Q&A on the conference call that Bill did not. If James did not know or was speaking on his own - that should have been made completely clear and a commitment should have been made to callers that he would get the answers from Bill or the company and then follow up.
