The good news is that all the real shares are long gone and being held by investors who will hold them rather than sell them at these foolish prices.
That could change come December as tax loss selling will come into play but in the meantime we hold the shares. If NTEK delivers as promised the upward momentum because of the short positions will be enormous. I hope management is doing the groundwork behind the scenes to get us uplisted where the regulators will be a bit more involved than they are here. Abusive naked shorting is criminal and needs to be stopped as it was in Europe.
Investors need to rise up and demand it. Go NTEK!!!
